Welcome to the public consultation website relating to emerging proposals for a residential development at Land south of Brake Lane and west of Woodland Avenue, Hagley.
We sought the views of local residents on our proposals to create an ambitious and deliverable masterplan prior to the submission of a planning application to Bromsgrove District Council in early 2026.

The Site
The Site comprises one 4.27ha plot of land, with its northern boundary on Brake Lane and its eastern boundary adjacent to residential development on Woodland Avenue. The site is surrounded by residential development to the east and northwest, with agricultural land to the north, south and west.
The Site is located approximately 600m west of Hagley Railway Station.
